I’m beginning to suspect the “perps” who tried to detonate the pipe bombs during the Marine Corps foot race in New Jersey today had one pipe bomb left, put in that dumpster in NYC, and left before the pipe bomb went off. The fact the dumpster was mangled but not completely blown to smithereens tells me this IED was a pipe bomb that may be built by the same people—especially if analysis of the explosives residue from both explosions match.
Reports have it as being on 23rd and 7th, Chelsea, clubs and clubgoers i the area but the bomb went off outside an apartment building serving vision impaired. Hardly a high profile target. Though with the Jersey bomb and now a possible bomb in North Carolina I am sure the Feebs are on the case.
