[With events like Ferguson a part of Missouri’s recent history, lawmakers including Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal, D-University City, Sen. Kiki Curls, D-Kansas City, and Rep. Brandon Ellington, D-Kansas City, addressed their concerns that this bill would make minorities less safe.]

Ah, OK, Democrats. So you don’t mind the majorities being victims. OK, got ya.

Minorities criminals (Africans) may indeed be less safe. I doubt they would have looted and burned Ferguson to the ground without resistance had this God given right been in effect.

IMO, this makes minorities MORE safe. Some of the people who most need concealed carry are decent minorities living in thug neighborhoods. It only takes a few bad apples to terrorize the neighborhood, but if those thugs know that Grandma next door might be packing heat, they are much less likely to mug her.

Maybe those Senators and Representative should get out and talk to a few average members of minority groups. Not just the Al Sharptons and “community organizers” (agitators), and loudmouth protesters.
