Exactly. The aspiration thing is because she isn’t swallowing correctly. The coughing fits begin after that. I don’t wish ill on her, but she is a sick woman. Confusion...disoriented...all signs of TBI and dementia...
add Hypothyroidism she is known to have it, suspect chelsea does too, look at the bug eyes and moon face, classic symptoms.
