A JPIII, very true. I’m not a Catholic apologist, but JPII did the real heavy lifting in the cold war that we normally give to Reagan and Thatcher.
It was a group effort, but JPII and Poland was where the cold war was won.

a·pol·o·gist (ə-pŏl′ə-jĭst) n. A person who argues in defense or justification of something, such as a doctrine, policy, or institution... Been seeing it a lot here for different things, Russia, Catholicism and something else I forgot, oh yeah, Trump and Clinton from both sides of the political spectrum :) I blanked out on what it meant. How is it different from saying you're Catholic? If one is? thanks!
