I don’t like water unless it has some lemon or lime in it. I drink lots of coffee and iced tea. They have water in them. I also will infuse some water with cucumber and orange slices. I’ll drink it then. I just don’t like plain water.

i think I read coffee and tea can be dehydrating to the body so they kind of defeat the idea of hydration from their water content.

I drink plain alkaline or filtered water—cannot stand the chlorine taste in tap water...

I love adding lemon lime, orange and cucumber too :)
