Me. I’ve lived on coffee & Diet Coke for about the last 40 years.
I don’t like water unless it has some lemon or lime in it. I drink lots of coffee and iced tea. They have water in them. I also will infuse some water with cucumber and orange slices. I’ll drink it then. I just don’t like plain water.
You sound like my mom. We once came in from a hot summer day and she poured herself a cup of coffee. I got a glass of ice water, placed it in front of her and said,”Drink this.” She just laughed and reached for her coffee.
