This is a preposterous tack. Lots of people need to drink more water than they do; I have been in this situation in the past. But who actively refuses suggestions to do so?

I really like water, so I don’t understand it. But my son was getting awful headaches and the doctor said he was dehydrated and needed to drink water, so he does. The headaches went away. Imagine that hillary!

I drink approx. 1 1/2 quarts of iced water a day——and have been doing it for years.

It’s cheap and low-cal. :-)
