Malarkey. Rush was NOT never Tump. I listen to him almost every day, and I know what he does and doesn’t say. He was definitely a Cruz supporter, and hid it poorly, and you could tell he was dissapointed, but he has always been solidly never Hillary, and said good things about Trump all through the Primaries.
I could care less if he’s not 100%, He’s more than on board enough for me.

There were thousands of comments posted here during the primary, discussing all the times Rush cut off Trump supporters, or made fun of them, or used his excellent command of the language to put down Trump, while extolling the virtues of Cruz.
It went on for months on end. If you didn't hear it, you didn't want to hear it.
Very early in the primaries it was Rush who pointed out Trump and his brave new openness that made me stop and take a good look at Trump. Trump then made a few missteps. After that he started to turn to Cruz (so did I until Cruz turned creepy) and started calling us Trumpsters and Trumpists which made me stop listening to him for a while. I have given him another chance but I listen with baited breath. No one but Trump for me now!
