Personally I think he is trying to pooh pooh there is a second aspect of the stumbling falter by Clinton. When I watch the video posted on Drudge (both angles), I hear a little grunt as Hillary loses balance and then what sounds like crying as Hillary is being pushed into the van. Does anyone else hear that?

The audio picks up lots of sounds from off-camera. It does not seem to have any audible sounds originating from Hillary.

It’s a baby crying I think.
What I do hear as she is being pushed is the distinct sound of the metal object falling out of her pants leg and onto the ground.
