Right. Wonder how Obama and the Left could explain the 22A away, as he has with the rest of the Constitution. Eight years ago, there’s a lot of unconstitutional acts Obama has committed that we couldn’t have imagined would be done.
IMO, the DNC & the Left will stop at nothing. They could conceivably try for the “dead letter” defense. Who know what they will do. Their attitude is, “Constitution? What Constitution? We don’t gotta show you no stinkin’ Constitution!”
I think it’s a very real possibility. In a way, I hope they try it because I’d love to see Trump take down that arrogant, criminal dictator.

Stop worrying. The 22nd Amendment is too big a hill to climb. Even for a wanna-be dictator and serial abuser of the Constitution.
