There’s not even a choice, because Obama is term limited out. He may have done a lot of extra-legal things while in office, but running for a third term is straight out of a kook fantasy.
Biden? He didn’t even run. Bernie did, and was the runner up in votes. If anyone gets the nod, it’s him.

Obama can’t get elected for third term, true. But I wouldn’t put it past him to delay the elections and overstay his welcome for a year or something. The GOPe and courts would probably let him slide.
