Hillary was out on her feet, supported only by the bollard and the woman holding her up. She was unable to lift either foot, legs buckled, and she fell backward. My father had ischemic infarctions (brain mini-strokes) and developed vascular dementia & Parkinsonism (mimics PD symptoms and medically treated the same). He also fainted numerous times and always fell backward. The Hillary video looks just like that. I’m guessing her multiple falls, head strikes, cerebral blood clots have triggered vascular dementia and Parkinsonism.
I wonder how much hardware is taped to her hide.
Those Tent City outfits cannot be cool or comfortable.
