Well there's a team of medical people I have no doubt. Hillary's appearance as a Presidential contender at events etc. leaves much to be desired...she often looks sloppy as if she has no concern about how she looks.

With the staff she has there's no reason to look so sloppy unless her health needs take priority for those who are attending her....and they're usually hoovering around her to make sure she's steady.
