It’s not competition when you import people to take American jobs. If Dell can’t survive using American workers then they deserve to go out of business, but under no circumstances should they be able to displace American workers with cheap foreign labour.

At Dell, this is status quo.
People are a disposable commodity, use them, abuse them, then manufacture a reason to justify firing them - by the thousands. If you look at the makeup of the Dell personnel, you will see a significant number of non-Americans there. India, China, Pakistan, Scotland and other countries are significantly higher than in other competitive companies.

Why? Because when their Visa expires, Dell may start a design shop in that country and they have American trained employees ready to start that effort; taking jobs from entire departments in America with them.

Dell simply uses American tax advantages to gain a foothold to expand. They have no loyalty to America or Americans whatsoever. All you have to do is look at how they treat their employees, to get a clue. The number of unnecessary layoffs in America is staggering.
