Despite the obvious absurd bias from the author, this statement
"....2013 suggesting that sexual assaults were to be expected if women serve in the military" seems to be saying that this author doesn't think there are sexual assaults on women in the military. This is pretty much going against most things I've been reading on the subject.
The rest of his tripe is also trash.

THen there is the other side of the coin.
The report says the under-reporting is largely due to the stigma associated with sexual assaults which is the reason that the true extent of male-on-male sexual crimes in the military is so vastly underestimated
