Emily Ratajkowski Calls Out Society's 'Sexist Culture'
The London Daily Mail ^ | 10:40 EST, 8 September 2016 | By REBECCA LAWRENCE FOR MAILONLINE

She recently called out the double standards surrounding men and women who want to be viewed sexually.

Emily - who shot to fame as one of the dancers in Robin Thicke controversial Blurred Lines video - recently accused the nation of being sexist in it's view of men and women expressing their sexuality. Writing in the October issue of Glamour magazine, she reasoned: 'It’s absurd to think that desire for attention doesn’t drive both women and men. Why are women scrutinized for it more, then? 'Our society doesn’t question men’s motivations for taking their shirt off, or shaving, or talking about politics—nor should it. Wanting attention is genderless. It’s human.' The feisty brunette used the examples of Mick Jagger, 73, and Madonna, 58, in her essay, as she asked why the Rolling Stones star is applauded for dancing provocatively whilst shirtless, as Madonna is dubbed a 'hot mess' for her scanty ensembles. 'But isn’t she just making one of her signature political statements about female sexuality (and, incidentally, about our ageist, sexist culture too)? ' the star asked.

Emily has been vocal in her mission to stamp out sexism, and earlier this year she wrote an essay on the sexualisation of young women for Lena Dunham's Lenny newsletter. Explaining that she was told to cover up more as she began modelling in her teens, the star stated: 'The implication is that to be sexual is to be trashy because being sexy means playing into men's desires. 'To me, "sexy" is a kind of beauty, a kind of self-expression, one that is to be celebrated, one that is wonderfully female. 'Why does the implication have to be that sex is a thing men get to take from women and women give up?'

Attention whore who complains about life as an attention whore. I really have no tolerance for such people. She could choose to make her living in innumerable other ways, but instead she trades off her looks and obtains fame and fortune. Then whines about it. Blaaaaaaah blah blah.

I’m a woman.

I realized YEARS go that men and women are different and I like it that way.

Apparently this young woman hasn’t figured that out yet.

It wouldn’t surprise me if it the Mail did publish that. I have long since lost confidence in the ability and willingness of so-called professional journalists to master the English language.

Yeah.

Contrary to her Marxist one-size-fits-all philosophy (i.e., a doctor is a janitor, a janitor is a doctor; a male is a female, a female is a male), babies are born male or female - not generically and indiscriminately human. Those inconvenient differences just keep rearing their ugly heads, no matter how the communists try to eradicate them through propaganda and legislation.

The hypocritical feminists on the Left always want it both ways: I am completely equal to you so you cannot trivialize me in any way, but I am also more fragile than you so you must accommodate me in special ways.

As the old saying goes, If a liberal (read: leftist) didn’t have double standards, then he (note grammatically correct and politically incorrect pronoun usage) wouldn’t have any standards at all.

I love that sentence-——sums it all up.

If you would do a search on her you would find she rarely wears any clothes. Any.
