She is counting on the average voter to not know hoe classified information is controlled or that she sent her staffer an email to remove security classification headers from messages and send them to her unsecured server.
I am afraid the average person simply can’t understand the severity of this or they just don’t care.
This is ridiculous. It is more severe by a factor of 100 or 1000 from offenses made by other government employees who were prosecuted and received jail time, were fired, and lost their retirement. The fact that she destroyed government records by smashing phones with a hammer clearly shows intent.
There were numerous laws violated here and in my humble opinion the matter should have been referred to a Grand Jury and an independent prosecutor. It is too bad the office of “independent prosecutor” was sullied over the Scooter Libby affair, but if the DOJ believed there was probable cause on Scooter Libby there is simply NO WAY they should not find probable cause with what Hillary did. The allegations against Libby were not 100th as egregious as this scandal. Furthermore, it is standard practice for a federal investigation to explore all potential charges. Despite what Comey stated - it is clear they did not do that with her. He very carefully discussed one statute among several that appear to have been violated.
P.S. - she clearly lied to congress and the FBI on multiple occasions. Martha Stewart was jailed for lying to the FBI once about one material fact.
This email scandal over classified information does not include the obvious appearance of pay to play that occurred during her tenure at the State Department. We cannot sustain a blatant admission in our nation that someone is too big to jail and they are above the law for political expediency. That is what is happening right now and the mainstream media can’t be bothered with “old news”.
I don’t know what Assange is going to release, but anyone who thinks it will change the equation is simply not paying attention. There is more than enough out there already. One thing that goes without saying in all of this - it is quite likely that Obama and his staff exchanged emails with her and that would have also violated the law by sending classified email to a non-government secured server. How much that factored into Comey’s inexplicable statement is something we will likely never know.
She’s also counting on them not knowing that, as number three, in the line of succession, pretty much all of her work product could be construed as classified on that fact alone.
And who the fsck, sends, or receives classified email to/from an email account with .COM on the end of it!?
Nobody, to my knowledge, has ever asked that question.
