It’s my opinion that we need to stop ALL immigration for a period of time. During that time we allow in only people with a clear elevated chance of being a great contributor to the nation.
People with advanced degrees and some degree of expertise in their field would be a prerequisite.
Family exemptions would still be allowed, but the wholesale movement of people needs to stop dead in its tracks.

Yes, I completely agree. I would not permit any family members in either, other than spouses and minor children.
And NO MUSLIMS from anywhere for any reason. I wouldn’t even let them vacation here.
