For the first time in hundreds of years, there are serious preparations underway to build the Third Temple prophesied in Scripture.
This week, the nascent Sanhedrin, a group attempting to revive the ancient Jewish legal institution, reportedly selected an individual to serve as high priest if the political situation allowed Jews to access the Temple Mount for Yom Kippur.
The high priest would bring the sacrifices which would be offered in such a situation.

His predictions were the following based on the status of Jerusalem and the Jubilees (50 year spans of time).
1. Jerusalem would be occupied by the Turks for eight Jubilees. The Turks did hold Jerusalem from 1517 to 1917.
2. Jerusalem would become ownerless for one Jubilee. This happened from 1917 to 1967.
3. Jerusalem would be in the hands of Jews again in the 9th Jubilee. This occurred in 1967 until current time (2016). This 9th Jubilee period would be the leading up to the End Times.
4. During the 10th Jubilee Jews would control Jerusalem and the End Times would begin. This should be right about 2017.

We have a pro-abortion Pope (a fan of Emma Bonino, abortionist), so it seems fitting that the End Times would be near.

When the Solomon’s Temple Foundation (pun) solicits donations, I will proudly donate. Having spent two years in Israel before with my family, I think the way the dome and destruction of the Wailing Wall earth works is a crime against mankind and God.
Given that semicha died ~1600 years ago, where does this Sanhedrin get its authority from? Also, aren’t there very stringent requirements on who can be a priest? How do you know if someone is actually descended from Aaron and or Levi?
There WILL be miracles to address all needed matters. As in the Babylonian exile, depredations on the Jewish people as a people are not absolute. Could Donald Trump be the new Cyrus in the face of unexpected upheavals in the Islamic dominated Middle East?
That said, details of the Christian story are also set to transpire.
And asking about the new sacrifices — they were always brought inside the Holy of Holies. It’s going to take some serious building, on the back of serious miracles, to bring this back. No supporting miracles = don’t be a fool, the time has not yet come.

The messiah will probably sort out those questions.
Matches closely with the 70 year (a generation) prediction starting when Israel became a nation again - May 14, 2018 will mark 70 years since Israel was declared a nation state.
Unless G-d has made very clear notification that it is time to build the third Temple, these people are wasting their time and may actually incur His Wrath. Remember Aaron’s sons coming unbidden to the Holy of Holies. They were killed by G-d. I view this article as Messyonic “jew” propaganda crap. I am paying it no further attention.

Ultimately the events will prove themselves, at the proper time. And the thoughts and prejudices of a lot of people will be straightened out.
Yadda yadda yadda, I’ve been hearing this rebuild the Temple stuff since the summer of 1967 following the Six Day War victory. Stockpiling stone, marble, gold, everything according to Deuteronomy, even located a red heifer for the initial sacrifice.
All I know is the Israelis ceded control of the Temple Mount to the f***ing muzzies. So how’s that working out for the Rapture & Apocalypse crowd? I believe in both BTW, but there are issues with the actual timing.
Believe it when I see it. Meanwhile, walk in God’s ways and keep His commandments.
Also, anything based on the Christian story can be counted on not to give you a date or time for the return of Christ before it’s happened. Any Messianic Jewish movement that claims to have transcended THIS, doesn’t understand the New Testament.
A deceptively soothing age of relative peace and prosperity (a Donald Trump world?) might be a more pregnant time for Christ, but that isn’t as though the first time we see this, bam! it has to happen.
To my beady little brain it would seem that something pretty obvious has to happen to the “Muzzies.” Most of them descendants of Ishmael, and foretold to be trouble makers for each other and mankind.
A wave of evangelism out of the blue, as it were, could change the picture.
