I don’t care whether it was one of twenty things he said, if there is a single thought in his head that this six year old could be involved in counterfeiting, so much so that he begins the official intimidation process, he can’t be a copy any more.
Yes. It was disgraceful to deliberately scare a six year old. If he suspected the parents might be involved in something nefarious, why scare the kid?
That’s something for his psychologist to answer.
