I have always heard that the trouble with $2 bills is that the public hoards them, thinking they are valuable. That's not a "trouble" from the government's point of view. Frankage is pure profit.

I have always heard that the trouble with $2 bills is that the public hoards them, thinking they are valuable.I keep every one I get. The modern version, with the Signing of the Declaration of Independence on the reverse side, is why I keep them. It's my favorite bill to look at.
