Donald Trump has greatly improved in polls over the last month. According to the Real Clear Politics polling average, the billionaire has seen his deficit with Clinton shrink in half over the last month and he has millennials to thank for it.
In two polls released late Wednesday afternoon, Trump surged within two points of Hillary Clinton in a four-way race that included Jill Stein and Gary Johnson.
According to the Fox News poll: Clinton's lead stood at 41 percent, Trump was at 39 percent, Johnson at 9 percent, and Stein held on at 4 percent.
Trump received his highest support among young voters than in any previous poll, 31 percent, which is just 8 points behind Clinton.
Fox News wasn't the only poll to report the trend. A Reuters poll among likely voters also saw a big boost for the Republican nominee.
The Reuters poll showed Trump narrowing the gap from 8 points among likely voters to just two points this week.
During that same time period, Trump's support among young voters increased from 19 percent to 25 percent. Clinton polled at 51 percent, still far below the 66 percent Obama received back in 2008 during his first run for the White House.
Some blacks want to stay on the plantation.
Some are looking to get out.
They find Hillary a lot to be desired.
That race card issue has been declined as of now since post BLM.
“guess you think my posts are the problem not Hillary and her executive amnesty right?”
Not at all, just having a little fun, you couldn’t possibly despise her any more than I do.
Perception is reality. The younger the observer, the more Hillary is perceived to be an old crone. She doesn’t deliver the hallucinogenic Kool-Aid like Bernie did.
No you don't kid. :-)
What “birther issue” is connected to Trump? Curious.
” the constant drumming that ‘Trump is a racist’, ‘Trump hates blacks’, ‘Trump hates Hispanics’, etc. is starting to wear really thin.”
There is so much evidence that contradicts these statements, especially within his own organization, that it would take just a few very short, well-produced ads to get the truth out there.
If someone accused me of being a racist, I’m thinking, “What difference, at this point, does it make?”
Is that the worst thing in the world — being called a racist? I’d rather be called a racist than a Democrat. These kids have been raised in extreme PC environments; they need to figure out that being called a racist is no big deal.
In 2012 Trump hammered 0bola about no birth cert, and 2 weeks later 0b0la made the forgery public.
IMHO Trump, once in the WH, will go after 0b0la for crimes committed while in office (or maybe those to get in office). Of course many others committed crimes as well, to get and keep him in office.
No, no need. Never to late to have a happy childhood.
Plus, the soul, the real self, is forever young. It’s just the outer suit that gets “old”.
I know what you mean. I work with this obnoxious lib who knows that I support Trump. She was telling a black coworker (who voted for Obama, unfortunately like, that Trump was a “punk” and other nonsense. She backed up nothing with facts, just spewed hatred. I didn’t take the bait because, quite frankly, you can talk till you’re blue in the face, you still can never fix stupid.
I say better a live racist than a dead progressive.
There were an awful lot of young people at Tuesday’s Trump rally in Everett WA. It was very encouraging. It made me feel pretty old, though.
Oh. That birther issue. And DJT was right about it. He’s always three steps ahead of everyone else. Didn’t someone say that he doesn’t simply play chess, but he plays it in 3D? Good description.
I hope Trump gets Obama on high crimes and misdemeanors before 2020. Wouldn’t it be fun to have Hillary and Obama locked up in the same cell?
I’ve heard Trump say at a few rallies, months ago, that if elected, he will go after Bergdahl, Hillary, and ....others.
Keep in mind that Dems a couple of years ago or so, wanted to eliminate the death penalty for treason, but failed.
:-D
