The man is robust for any age. I am certain his diet is well thought out (though I’ve seen some pics that looked questionable!) and maybe he does get massage and exercise. He does not drink alcohol, which is important in maintaining energy and staying hydrated.
He’s something of a contrast with his opponent wouldn’t you say?

Early on, Ivanka told a reporter that she worries about her dad’s diet because it isn’t healthy. I believe he loves Big Macs.
