I stopped at hotel... Picked up a 7-11 pizza & Yuengling lager so I could watch the rally with you all. A supposed to afterward go to a friends house to work with my new gun.

a couple days ago a couple new symptoms kicked in. lower thoracis/upper lumbar back pain. so I am prone on heating pad. Also new neck bone issues.. Extreme pain. Working the crazy hours and night audit has been a killer ..I have to work 7-11 tonight but that will be an easy shift relatively speaking.

I happen to have a long neck and bone issues. I wear my brace when home and especially when I sleep.
It it amazing the way I feel in the morning with no back or neck pain. It has even taken away my hand from tingling from carpal tunnel! Seriously. It took over a week for my hand but my neck and back feel great.
It will rest your tired neck after a long day bending over a desk.-Mother died of Lou Gehrig's-I also have a weak spin as my mother)
