OK, I'll bite. This article references 2 individuals who are in college in Kansas but reside in other states, who apparently tried to register to vote in Kansas.
My oldest son is currently in college in Kentucky, but resides in Ohio. For the upcoming election, he has requested an absentee ballot so he will, in effect, vote in his home state.
What is wrong with these 2 that they cannot follow these established guidelines? Do their home states not have absentee voting?

They want to be able to vote in BOTH states.
That’s what hundreds of New York liberals who own a summer home in Florida did during the Bush/Gore election.

Do their home states not have absentee voting? Yes, and they'll fill those out, too. They're trying to vote twice (or more), in two different jurisdictions.
