Recipe for Lysie’s breakfast muffins:
This recipe shows how you can make multiple flavor combos in one batch to please everyone’s palette.
Ingredients:
6 tsp. feta cheese
1/3 cup shredded fresh spinach
3 tsp. chopped sun dried tomatoes
12 basil leaves torn
1 1/2 large fresh tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
12 eggs, beaten -salt and pepper
(this combo was created by Antonia Lofaso’s former Top Chef All-Star)
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin (or silicone non-stick cups) with nonstick cooking spray. Divide feta cheese, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes equally among 6 of the tins. Divide basil, fresh tomatoes and Parmesan cheese equally in the other 6 tins.
2. Pour the eggs equally among the tins. Mix with the other ingredients.
3. Bake fir 15-17 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from tins.
OTHER ingredients that are yummy to use: (This is a great way to get rid of piddling leftovers)
- Mixed bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, basil, and sausage bits
( seasoned ground turkey or chicken is yummy)
- Saute shallots, and mushrooms, feta cheese
- Ham, cheddar cheese, and broccoli ( GREAT FOR KIDS)
NO DAIRY INGREDIENTS:
-Broccoli, onions, and red or green bell peppers
-Leftover veggie mix (zucchini, onions, cauliflower, peppers), fresh basil
Store in plastic bags 2 at a time for easy grab and go breakfast.

The Trump Train heads south to AZ, with a side trip to Mexico.
Today, all the handwringing and confusion on the part of the dishonest main stream media will be put to rest, as Trump lays out his immigration policy in no uncertain terms.
Hillary is supposed to be at the National American Legion convention and speak about American exceptionalism, a subject she knows absolutely nothing about. But no matter, she will just lie her way through it.
I hope some AL patriots will stand up and turn their backs to her. I can’t imagine how the DAV and the AL keep inviting these Dem criminals to speak at their conventions year after year.
Side bets are being taken on the size of the tent she will wear today. I hear she will be donating her wardrobe to a charity called “Slipcovers for the Poor” after the election.
That crowd was really terrific in Everett,WA last night.
Looks like we had a few of our number on the Trump Train there to represent us.
It was wonderful to behold. Their reactions were loud and spontaneous, and Trump was happy to see it.
Another attendance record for a venue was set, with 8,000 people still outside.
PIAPS couldn’t pay that many people to show up at one of her rallies.
The FBI releases more email information on their investigation and the notes of Clinton’s interview today.
I can only hope that more information will cause more and more people to see how unqualified she is to be POTUS. However any further revelations will only cause to indict the FBI further for their cowardly and unlawful cover for Hillary.
The media predictably fawned over poor Huma Abedin and her “wrecked” sham of a marriage to the pervert Anthony Weiner yesterday, completely missing the real news of the day—that Abedin forwarded classified information to her private email. Another violation of Federal law. Will Comey give her a pass also? Will Saudi Arabia see their top agent go to jail just when she is about to possibly ascend to the White House?
The big Dem money knows Hillary is a horse that will not win this race. There will be a lot of phone calls, texts and emails buzzing back and forth in DC the next few days. Too much is at stake for a Dem win—namely, to keep all of the DC crooks out of jail. If Trump wins, it is game over for the DC cartel and they know it. If the Dems are going to change horses, they need to do it soon. Things are reaching critical mass, and not only in Hillary’s Depends.
A shame to see McCain win his primary. The old tactic of divide and conquer was on display, as Kelli Ward’s ability to unseat him was diluted by two other ringers in the race.
McCain won and he did not even break 50% of the vote. Bastid.
Oh well. Onwards and upwards. The Trump Train is in motion, and breakfast is being served in the Dining Car.

Seems like AZ doesn’t pay much attention to what a person does when elected or they wouldn’t keep returning a certain person to DC that needs to enjoy the life he has left.
