We had a statement from 0bama a while ago in which he complained that he could not Federalize the police. OK, so that means he was looking into it (and the Constitution got in his way, AGAIN!). Now Lynch is going around to inner city departments and telling them that there are new Federal guidelines they must follow if they expect grant money.

I have heard talk that the Feds want to put “observers” in police departments. So one way or another we will get a Federalized police force.

It is getting very near to the time that the Governors must rise in force. Lots of ideas there....like asking that Federal tax money be sent to the State Treasurer to be put in a holding trust and not to the IRS until such time as the Constitution AS IT WAS WRITTEN is OBEYED. No money in Washington and no way for Washington to withhold it.

This is in my opinion where states have failed. By not reining in spending, they've left themselves open to blackmail. Schools have to cater to transgenders or lose federal funding. Police departments must dance to Loretta's tune or lose federal funding. And on and on it goes.

If only the states had their acts together so they could say "stuff your funding where the sun don't shine."

And the way to stop it, is to prohibit federal grants. Period.

With the cash, strings ALWAYS follow. Whether to police, education, whatever. Have localities make due with local and state funding.
