This happened in the ‘80s at my high school. Some “good boy” athletes from the football & basketball teams beat up a guy for fun. He died. They went to juvenile hall for a year or whatever then went on with their lives.

In fact, only liberals should bear the consequences of their open this or that policy. Unfortunately, they are all too frequently sequestered away, safe in gated communities.
