Two leading divorce experts agree that Anthony Weiner’s behavior — sending a sexting partner a lurid crotch shot with his toddler son in the bed and picture with him — is grounds for a city child welfare probe.
“I believe ACS will start investigating now,” said attorney Raoul Felder, referring to the Administration for Children’s Services.
“He’s doing these things on camera and he brings his child into bed with him,” said the noted divorce lawyer, who handled former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani’s divorce from second wife Donna Hanover.

The only — only — reason for this would be to keep the children out of his custody and to give them to Huma, or to build a better case for what Huma should get in the divorce. New York Child Custody Services would not independently investigate Weiner and Huma — its all senior NY Democrats pulling the strings at Hillary’s behest.
Anthony has almost forced them to do it, especially after that well publicized crotch shot revealing his child in the background. Poor decision making skilz or something.

So the potential chief of staff is going top spend the next year in a child custody battle? If she had any sense of decency(which we know for the Clinton posse is an impossibility) she would leave the campaign to take care of her kid.

I agree that he can and should be investigated for apparent child abuse and endangerment. The man has no control over his sexual perversion.

If there is a victim in all of this, it’s this child...and I really have to wonder if either one of them really wanted this child. It seems to me, it was a political ploy when hubby was running for mayor of NYC to show “what a normal family they were”. I hope that I’m wrong, and I do pray for this child.
They need to take the kid away from him. Maybe a foster home or relatives but that kid is in danger with Carlos Danger.
Punishing Huma with a child right now would definitely put a crimp in Clinton’s campaign machine. She already has one set of diapers to change...
