As Justice Department civil rights lawyers held a meeting to talk about overhauling the Baltimore police department, another group of Baltimore residents gathered to beg the police to fix the crime in their neighborhoods.
The meetings show a disconnect between those who are concerned about crime and those worried about police reform, reports the Washington Post. Neither group was aware the other one was meeting.

You think “40 people, most of them older black women, who gathered in a West Baltimore church basement to ask police to return order to their community,” asked for the mayor/DOJ to emasculate the police?
“Let them police themselves . . . They elected the Mayor and the DA, you reap what you sow.”
My question is if the police are so horrible why aren’t they having BLM protect them????
Democrats and “the press boys” they own - - treat the black community like they would NEVER treat the white communities.
For Example: White communities do NOT have ‘community leaders’ who are angry single men in their late twenties... our ‘leaders’ are elected officials and people who have ‘made it’ in some respected profession.
The Washington Post and New York Times would NEVER quote young white men living on their sister’s couch as ‘leader’... or some hothead white person with an ax to grind as a “spokesperson’ for white people”.
The people in Baltimore calling for police protection ARE the ADULTS in that community... they’re the responsible people that the press ignores.
This is one more example of the liberal press being racist.

I also didn’t see these older black women marching to protest the violence that took place as the cops were pelted with rocks and businesses were burned and trashed.
Not a sound from them.

I rarely if ever even see cops in my lily white neighborhood. Don’t have crime either.

No. But, as I said, I think that they will all vote Democrat on Election Day and keep the same Democrat politicians who emasculated the police force in power.
Yup. Prison should be solitary confinement. No light. Dead silence. One year minimum.
Nobody is "worried about police reform". DOJ and BLM misfits want to destroy the rule of law, Liberty, and American culture.
