Doubt it, they’ll concentrate on building “urban parks” for that.

I would suggest it is a propaganda pieces used in testimony before congress to ask for a budget increase

My goodness they’re pushing blacks to enjoy national parks in government sponsored TV commercials. No mater who they get to do the ads the blacks in them, look like fish outta water on the look out for the closest church’s fried chicken.
