DOJ is a criminal enterprise. They are not laboring on behalf of the United States or the Constitution that they are supposed to uphold. They appear to be a captured operation of foreign government bent on filling the US will "migrants".

This is not racial discrimination. Illegals are not supposed to be employed without permission, visas, etc.
The DOJ is shamelessly using the race card.

terminate immigrants after their employment authorization expires, and indicated that doing so is a form of discrimination.
I don't know how broad those "forms" are but I always thought that it was a violation of law for an employer to employ anyone not in this country legally. Example, at one of our southern plants, we had a British contractor whose employment we terminated because his Visa had expired.....Granted it wasn't intentional because it was the govt. that was dragging their feet but we had to fire him nevertheless.........
