Socialist Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) told supporters in Vermont on Monday that although his presidential campaign is over, the grass-roots revolution he inspired will continue in the form of a new non-profit organization.
"[W]hen you capture by large majorities -- the young people of this country -- it means that our ideas, our vision, is the future of this country," Sanders said.
"So tonight I want to introduce you to a new independent non-profit organization called Our Revolution, which is inspired by the historic Bernie 2016 presidential campaign.

The Bernie Foundation. Just great and you know there are plenty of saps out there who will donate to this fine charity. Is the picture of Bernie cruising around DC in a fine new Bentley or Rolls out of the realm of possibility?

He knows the spiel, but doesn’t live the lifestyle. Rages on about Wall Street while they buy him a nice lake home and gives him a plane lease.....
Bernie was distraction, he played his part, he couldn’t win, he knew that, his job was to rile up the base, Clinton could not do that, she is too boring and corrupt. The young people like Bernie because he was an unknown quantity and was saying the right stuff “Free college”, “Free health care” “Free everything” and they all lapped it up like kittens at a saucer of milk.
It almost went as planned, if those darn emails from WikiLeaks didn’t get in the way. Not sure the conversion rate is going to be as high as they expected. Since the polls are pretty much even now.
This Sanders guy reminds me of Donovan, the singer, song writer.
Espoused peace love dove, Bobby Sherman and togetherness and all was fine til it was learned he’d bought a several hundred year old castle with his profits. (millions)

P.T. Barnum would be jealous. Barny (I prefer Barny) should team up with Hugo Chavez’s daughter who has 4.5 billion stashed away. Redistribute the wealth! Everyone should have a $600,000 summer home.
