I wish I had a photo of my daughter’s face after finding that pseudo-bacon on her plate a few years ago in London. She was too traumatized to even try a piece of it.

Very kind of you to serve such a large plate. I'll pass for others to take their share. I like my toast almost burnt and meat as well. We are all different and that's a good thing.
