The event was faked by the customer or an employee did it
I’m assuming McDonalds burgers arrive at the store as frozen hockey pucks, and don’t get thawed until they hit the griddle.
So the only opportunity for worm infestation would be at the supplier...and it seems more than one restaurant would have the worms.
As someone else said, these two McDonald’s are owned by the same person. I’ll bet this is a set up. Revenge by an ex-wife?
Were the customers “ferals” looking for a payout? Enquiring minds want to know. I wonder if their first names are Laatkaeshiia or Darrnnelll (or similar).?
Watched the TV station video. One of them is white.
Gee it’s a good thing you don’t make any generalizations there
When I was at Domino’s, we would occasionally get calls saying there were bugs in the pizza. No, they weren’t bugs, they were little bubbles of cheese that burned.
Referred to as a feral urban loser.
Thanks for the link. It’s more than I’ve seen before, but I’m still not finding a claim that the worms were cooked inside the meat. What I’m hearing is that the worms were in the sandwiches.
Back in 1969 I bought a wrapped sandwich from the roach coach that had been coming to our facility in the harbor for seemingly ever. I was about halfway through the sandwich when I noticed worms in the lettuce wiggling around. I recall I was quite displeased. “Slick” believe it, or not was the name of the coach operator gave me another sandwich we both checked out first.
I pulled the lettuce anyway.
Get over it already, nobody ever died from eating a few worms, in fact considering my last, and probably final, McDonalds experience, worms might actually be a flavor enhancer.
If you find a turtle sittin on a fence post, chances are somebody put it there.
I found toenail cuttings in a strawberry shortcake I ordered in a national chain. I didn’t make a big fuss as I figured some @sshole employee was getting revenge. Called the manager and quietly took him to the side. He offered money back and was horrified.
"What's worse than finding a worm in your apple?"
"What?"
"Finding half a worm"
When I was a kid, in Milwaukee, circa 1968, I got a dead fly in a McDonald’s hamburger. My mother gave it back to the manager and said: “she asked for pickles and onions, not this.” They gave me another one fly free. That was it.
Liars...Likely living wage fanatics.

They look more like caterpillars to me.
I try not to buy hamburgers at a bait shop.
