Actually, it did. Big presence at 4Chan and Reddit. Gamergate politicized a lot of these people. The insult "cuck" is from the alt-right.
Hillary is an idiot to take them on. Lots of scary-smart people, who love to fight online and are very good at it. She's WAY out of her depth. My theory is she was put up to going after them by Sid Vicious (Blumenthal) and HRC's social media paid staff, who get absolutely massacred verbally online by the alt-right posters.

And the fact that Mr. Trump even granted this interview with Cooper when we all know CNN is the Clinton News Network - and Hillary would NEVER allow herself to be, for instance, interviewed by Sean Hannity - just shows you that Mr. Trump has total courage of his convictions and no fear of the corrupt lying media. Saw a good bit of the interview on a monitor in the gym today. The sound was down but I could tell by the body language and by the blurbs in the scroll that he was doing well.
I absolutely love the fact that he called Hillary a bigot and is standing by it. That is such good judo. He has achieved something like reactive armor by doing so.
