Comey looks like a first-class sap for having the goods on this fraudulent witch and not doing anything about it. We wonder what is in his FBI file now. It’s obvious that Hillary and Bill know. He should not be trusted with the cash box when he gets his next job at a car wash.

In view of the facts and history he himself laid out for the American public, the FBI director had to do more than look the other way he had to rewrite the statute in order to exonerate Hillary. The statute, of course, made it a crime to misplace government data if done with "gross negligence." He rewrote the statute to require a showing of evil intent or "mens rea."

Conveniently The Director could not find criminal intent on Hillary's part even though she signed documents prohibiting the practice, was instructed as a matter of course by the bureaucracy of the State Department that the practice was prohibited, knew enough to allegedly ask former Secretary of State Colin Powell about the practice.

Now we know what we all thought at the time, Hillary operated with a home brew server in order to conceal the pay-for-play scam which enriched the Clinton family by tens of millions of dollars and perhaps even a hundred million dollars. Indeed, the Clintons are said to have grossed nearly a quarter of $1 billion since leaving the White House.

Despite The Director's sellout, nothing has occurred which forecloses the potential criminal liability of Hillary Clinton and The Director, if he were not dishonest, would now recommend an indictment because the evil intent , never ever an essential element, is now clear beyond doubt. Too bad it will not happen.
