Facebook only knows what you tell it. You can call yourself ‘BankWalker’ on there as well.
It is mostly used for social interaction between people that know each other, unlike this great Free Republic site of ours.
That being said, I’ve read recently (right here in fact) that FB can request proof of ID and close your account if you don’t provide it.
