2 1/2 miles is amazing! My husband has Parkinson’s along with other issues. His neurologist told me if he loses his ability to walk, it’s extremely difficult to get it back due to the Parkinson’s. It would be sad if he lost his ambulatory ability due to being inactive. There aren’t too many things I can control on this journey, but getting him out walking is something I can do!! So you walk outdoor? I love being outside, so that is my first choice when temperatures permit.

Yes, I walk outdoors. I did not know your husband has Parkinson’s. Now I can see why you need to get him to walk as much as possible.

My hubby can’t walk but a few steps due to heart and lungs not functioning enough, but he goes down to the office and works there and preaches twice on Sunday & holds Bible study on Wed. nights. Thank God he still has his mental capacity. I walk but don’t get enough time to do as much as I should. Partly because I’m sitting here talking to you guys LOL.
