Probably assisted by the “methane” emissions emanating from the “crap” they post on their web page!!!!
Seemed like a rather mild July to me. August has been pretty normal too.
Not here it wasn’t-July was wetter and cooler than it has been since 2004-only 3-4 days of 100 degree highs instead of the usual 10 days or more-and it has been in the low to mid 90’s, with almost daily rain for 2 weeks not-it is 88 now...

On the one hand, I have the NOAA press release.
On the other hand, I at lunch outside every weekday, all July, in downtown Manhattan. I was not uncomfortably warm on a single one of those days.
The NOAA conclusion does not match up with my personal observation.
I do not believe NOAA. I think they are lying. Again.
Sooo,
Is NOAA’s primary mission, muslim outreach too?
Just like NASA?
At least in my local area, we’ve had the wettest summer and it’s been very cool because of the cloud cover.
July 480 BC was hotter.
