I don’t think he knows what “disproportionate” means. Are blacks banned for voting for 2 lifetimes while whites are only banned for one?
You commit a felony, you are banned for life. Don’t commit felonies. So simple a caveman could figure it out.

Mr. Trump is right on both counts - inviting African American voters to ditch the d**** Dems who have never done anything for them except destroy the black family - and blasting the “felons who can vote” train that is working it’s way through Dem governorships. The felon vote is likely to go to Hitlery.
