was the shrimp good?

most folks ate eggs or pancakes.

corn beef hash was a good seller also.

the other stuff was to impress rather than eat

I grew up with clalves liver in my house. Onions and lots and lots of lemon.

My Dad would also grind up chicken livers into a wonderful pate. I make it all the time, without butter, (or at least very very little), and people who can’t stand chicken livers love it esp on a Ritz.

Might go make a batch this weekend.

Are you saying “Grilled French Lamb Chops au cresson” is just to impress? lol ($1.45)

“Mommy! I want some Little Pig Sausages on my pancakes!”
