Republicans' views of Texas Sen. Ted Cruz have gotten significantly worse since he refused to endorse Donald Trump at the Republican National Convention, with his favorable rating falling from 59% to 43%. Now more Republicans have an unfavorable opinion of Cruz than a favorable one, reverting to the pattern seen when he suspended his presidential campaign in early May. His image had recovered in the months leading up to the convention.

Cruz who?
Palookaville...
Not with that voice.
Even GW Bush hates Ted Cruz, and Bush is universally known to like and get along with everybody.
Cubanadian go home.
Cruz is history he will lose in the Republican primary for his Senate seat in 2018.
Really?? no way... I had guys on here tell me to vote for him over Trump, “because I worked with Reagan and he’s just like him”... I kid you not.
VOTE TRUMP 2016!!
I coulda bin sumbodeeeee!
I still like Cruz.
A new poll has Rick Perry +9 over Lyin’ Canuck Ted...who still has NOT produced any documentation that he is a US citizen.
The question becomes who can take him on in the Texas primary for 2018 and win.
Cruz won the 2012 GOP primary in a runoff against David Dewhurts.
Cruz was a big let down. But however, it was a teachable moment; my son and I had a conversation about character.
I coulda been a contender.
Cruz is a sociopath.
I would have done some things differently but Cruz wasn’t a let down for me.
The Cubanadian fraud was born to a foreign national father in a foreign country and is clearly ineligible.
Ambition overruled whatever Constitutional principles he pretended to have.
I was a supporter when he seemed to be one of the few Senators on the side of the citizens.
Now it seems like it was all an act.
The only thing Ted Cruz really cares about is Ted Cruz.
I definitely disagree but we’re all entitled to our opinions.
I’m surprised he is at 43%.
I was a huge Cruz fa before this.
He clearly lacks the judgment necessary.
Rather than keep shooting himself in the foot, he should have accepted Trump’s early offer of the VP spot and rode to victory and a possible 16 years in The White House as VP then Pres.
Instead he decided to do more damage on the way out the door...
Too bad, because he was FANTASTIC in the Senate- the only one who really fought.
