They are politicians, and you expect them to use an accurate descriptor? "Affordable Care Act" comes to mind. Of course they are going to use a misleading label to describe themselves.
Republicans "aren't" either. The party is a clique that can be entered by payment of (money) dues and compliance with certain back-scratching protocols.

The RAT base is just as greedy, corrupt and vulgar as their elites.
