Any attempt by Hillary to use this against him is fraught with danger for her. He can counter with “do you regret lying” and “do you regret trying to destroy women used by your husband” and on and on. Hillary is a glass house and Trump has taken high ground with a fistful of stones.

NEVER apologize.
You’re right, and they’re wrong.
Don’t look back. Keep your eye to the future. Don’t let the enemy define the terms of battle.

Best speech I’ve ever heard him give... and I’m glad he gave it. He is far more believable and a better person for the presidency than any other politician I know.
Humility is not something for which Trump is famous, but he really does seem to be smoothing out some of his rougher edges. I, for one, find his apology very refreshing. Makes him seem not only more humble, but more human as well.
No one, bar Jesus Christ, is perfect. It takes a big man to admit it when he makes mistakes and apologize for it.
