I wish I could agree with you that his antics are about Conservatism and Conservative Principles.
But in Little Willie's case I am afraid I can't.
In Little Willie's case I think it is more about a desperate need to think he is still relevant in a Conservative Movement that has finally identified him for what he truly is, (a PROG), and discarded his failed ideas and philosophy.
