I think the reason he hates Trump so much is because he had an agreement with Cruz for an appointment to a Cruz administration when Cruz won.

He saw Cruz’s stock go up to $100 and now it’s a penny stock. And Rubio’s made it to $65 before crashing. Mark can’t be wrong and he needs someone to blame. The more rants you can feel how much he thinks he lost. His guys was beaten by an amateur. There I said it.
There is no way Cruz could have won the general election this time around, especially after making his campaign the “Face of God” in America before the Iowa caucus. A lot of Americans go crazy over that sort of thing.

I was driving this evening and had the chance to listen to Mark and he was 100% favoring everything Trump said in his speech in Ohio today regarding the visas/border test of immigrants (at least during the time I was listening)! Finally! I love Mark too and have been hoping he’d find a way to support him at least on issues. After what I heard today, I believe Mark will come around by Election Day, especially if Trump can stay on message.
Mark said he wants to be intellectually honest and support Trump when he can and call him out when he disregards the Constitution. And of course, Hillary’s just dangerous.
It’s really been fascinating to see so many of what used to be considered Conservative anchors implode over PRESIDENT TRUMP.
