Sorry to report, but LOUIE IS A PITA !
He’s been into al most everything today and I’m having a terrible time right now trying to type.
You are too kind and thoughtful. I KNow it’s VERY LATE at your house, but let my take this monster around the complex and come right back before I resort to spanking him.
I find the “horn”(elk?) dog chews or the “kneebones” that come in sealed packages since they have some “brown” stuff on them are good for hours of chewing and they get almost nothing off them...they just keep trying.
The horn is expensive but clean...and the knees are 2 in a pack at Ross stores for 2.99. Pet shop? Put the other one away for another month or two.
I don’t like rawhide since they swallow it and then you have to hope it can pass through small dogs...or vet bills for surgery! They can even get blocked and die. I think they have new chews that are more digestible but I stick with biscuits...found really tiny ones!
I;ll look for those tomorrow! Thanks very much for that great idea, I tried to bring his Elk chews, but could only locate one. I am typing in the dark given I didn’t bring my favorite stand up lamps. I have to replace those too.
This apt drives me insane: it has no ceiling fans and no overhead lights, save for those in the kitchen and dining room and of course in the bathroom. Not even a fan in the bathroom.
Now what about the kitchen...need new towels to match? Maybe place mats?
