$300 is a fair price for nice sunglasses. My custom Ray Ban clubmasters cost me $240 - polarized, gunmetal accents, matte black. Sharp.
Of course, I can afford them. If I couldn’t afford them, I wouldn’t buy them. And even then, I they’re my only nicer pair of sunglasses.
My Bole cost 200, my husband’s Oakley’s cost 350 - but we can afford them now. Back when we were young and struggling we couldn’t and we didn’t buy them. That is my point. They spend money on luxuries rather than necessities and want more. They think they are entitled to live like they are wealthy on other people’s money.
I have a pair of Chanel’s, Versace’s, and a pair of Armani’s. Have had all 3 for many years and bought them all with what was left of my money after the government took their share to give to this loser.
If it were me I would invest that money for your overpriced sunglasses but it is your money and you can do whatever you want with it.
