Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell suggested Thursday that Republicans may lose their hold on the upper chamber of Congress in November, Politico reports.

Speaking to a civic group in Louisville, Kentucky, McConnell told his home state listeners "I may or may not be calling the shots next year," according to the Associated Press.

The dirty secret is that these moderate Republicans are perfectly happy to be in the minority because they can make deals and reap the windfall. When they fight back they can look like heroes and blame the Dems when their policies fail.

“Its McConnell who will lose his job. Trump needs to dump this useless clown right away.”

The President does not chose the majority leader or the minority leader in the Senate. The players in determining if Mitch keeps his job are:

1) God. He chooses whether or not Mitch’s heart keeps ticking
2) Mitch himself. He can stay or leave of his own volition.
3) The GOP members of the Senate. They elect their leader. Obviously the current Senators are happy with his leadership.
4) The people of Kentucky. They seem to be pleased with his performance as they reelected Mitch in 2014.

If Trump wins in a landslide victory, watch those senators bend to his will. Like all politicians from time immemorial, they know which way the wind is blowing. They will make political “accommodations” if they have to. McConnell is not invincible.

the way the senate goes so goes the supreme court

I repeat there will be a replacement Supreme Court Justice before the next President is sworn in.

One thing I will have to give them credit for, there was no SCOTUS appointment to replace Scalia.

I predict there will be one right after the election.

You old worthless bulls and cows can go graze on grass.

We eat the grass, they will still eat the steak.

And whose fault is that, Mitch?? You and your RINO-Lib-Socialist comrades have lied to us for too many years, and we no longer trust you!

Frankly, if Trump were to win, I would not be averse to seeing the GOP lose control of the House and Senate. Trump would still have the veto, and as we’ve seen, rampant use of executive orders is now acceptable.

Losing control of Congress might be just the thing to help clean house on these GOP cucks once and for all.

“Thank you.”

You’re welcome.

Final message to Mitch and the Rino gang from the base:

Hey Mitch that’s a nice Party you got there, be a shame if something were to happen to it. Me and boys would really appreciate it if Trump wins the Presidency.

Have a nice day.

This is very important. We need to support our Senators who are up for reelection this year. No matter who is president, it will be important to avoid a Democrat Senate.

You have never called the shots. You obey Obama when he calls the shots.

I am curious. You told us what difference does it make. Well right now the Senate is preventing Obama’s supreme court pick from moving forward. You sure you want a Rat Senate?
